ROOM RATES:

San Diego de Alcala-Room One $300 per night plus taxes.
Santa Barbara-Room Two $225 per night plus taxes.
San Juan Capistrano-Room Three $215 per night plus taxes (small bathroom). RENOVATED 2010
San Buenaventura-Room Four $225 per night plus taxes.
San Francisco de Asis-Room Five $270 per night plus taxes.
Santa Clara-Room Six $240 per night plus taxes.
San Luis Rey-Room Seven $230 per night plus taxes.
San Juan Bautista-Room Eight $310 per night plus taxes.

AMENITIES:

A wonderful breakfast each morning served outdoors on the verandah or indoors if preferred;
Afternoon refreshments with appetizers and hors d'oeuvres;
The use of beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, bicycles and parking.
AND….we are just one block from the beach and boardwalk.

Policies

Some dates subject to possible 3 night minimum stay

We recommend spending at least three days with us, if time permits, because Cape May offers a wonderful array of activities.

Each room has the option of enjoying a sea breeze through screened windows, a ceiling fan, individually controlled heat pump for air conditioning and heating, cable TV, fireplace all of which are for your individual comfort.

Your room is kept immaculately clean by our experienced and caring housekeeping staff.

For those early risers needing their first cup of java a coffee/tea tray awaits you on the veranda or in the dining room. Enjoy your first cup while you take in the early morning sun, an ocean breeze or a quiet moment alone. Breakfast is at your leisure from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Every day breakfast includes fresh squeezed juice, farm fresh fruit and the innkeeper's special menu choice for the day. If we are not blessed with your presence by 9:30 a.m. we will know that you have chosen to sleep in, and we will respect your privacy. Breakfast concludes at 9:30 a.m.

We invite you to join us and fellow guests for afternoon appetizers and Hors d'oeurves with refreshments, served under the veranda's pergola or in the glass enclosed solarium.

NEW In addition to our new front porch furniture we have added wonderful lounge furniture to the rear patio gardens which sit amongst the fountain. Wonderful gardens surround the Inn, we hope you will enjoy their beauty while you are meandering about.

For the comfort and health of all, we maintain a SMOKE-FREE environment. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL OUR ROOMS AND THROUGHOUT THE INN AND ALL GROUNDS AROUND THE INN. We would recommend a casual walk through our beautiful neighborhood for any guest who would like to enjoy a cigarette, cigar or pipe.

We would like your stay to be a memorable one. We will be happy to assist you with dining and touring information.

Reservations

Holidays and some weekdays and/or weekends may be subject to minimum stays.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (Those wishing to use the beach after check out may use the outside shower facilities).

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Late or early arrivals MUST make advanced arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

In the interest of good hospitality and customer relations we understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We will make every effort to reschedule cancellations if we can re-rent your room(s). Please remember ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be no refund for a cancellation made within 14 days of arrival. Cancellations made prior to TWO WEEKS of your arrival will receive a return of deposit in the form of a gift certificate, less $50 for processing.

CANCELLATIONS: Sorry NO REFUND or CREDIT for unused room nights or services will be given in the event of a late arrival or early departure or cancellation due to inclement weather, work schedule, or family emergency or sickness.

Gift Certificates and one night and discounted stays are non-refundable. A deposit of 50% of your stay, OR THE FULL AMOUNT IF A ONE NIGHT STAY, whichever is greater, is due by check upon receipt of your folio.

Each room is guaranteed with a credit card. We have taken your credit card information only to HOLD your reservation until we have received your check deposit.

All balances are due in full at check-in and may be paid with Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We do not accept personal checks at check-in.

Our rooms accommodate two people only unless otherwise noted. Our Inn is not appropriate for young children. We welcome young people over 12 when accompanied by an adult. Sorry no pets of any age.

Smoking is prohibited in all our rooms throughout the Inn and on all grounds surrounding the Inn. This policy is STRICTLY enforced. If anyone is caught smoking in the rooms or any residual effects are found from smoking an automatic $200.00 fee will be charged to your credit card to ensure clean up and smoke residue removal.
