July 2010 - Thank you for another wonderful weekend at your beautiful inn. We truly feel at home there and it is mostly because of you, Raymond and your gracious staff. So glad I am coming back in October! It makes saying goodbye easier. Take care!

July 2010 - I just wanted to drop you all a note to let you know how pleased we were with our stay there. Thanks for everything. You really made us feel welcome. I don't think we have ever experienced anything like we had there. We felt at home and I think that is the best thing you can say about anything. I posted positive feedback on Bed and Breakfast.com and on my facebook page. I hope it helps. I couldn't find a way to post it on your site or I would have done it there too. Thanks again and hope to be back soon.

July 2010 - Dear Susan and Ray,
We had a wonderful time at your magical inn and hope to return sooner rather than later. Our garden did survive the hot weather and I know yours most decidedly did as well. I did write a review for trip advisor and will be recommending the Mission Inn to all who need one of those particularly wonderful times in their lives. Hope the summer continues to bring you fun and adventure. sincerely,

July 2010 - Hi Susan and Ray!
We had the most wonderful visit! The weather was superb and as always, we enjoyed staying in your beautiful inn! The great room looks...well great! We can't wait to come back again....enjoy your visit with your family and we hope the rest of the summer is as wonderful as the first part has been. Thank Leslie for her wonderful early morning creations and wish Janet the best of luck with her move. Thank you again!

June 2010 - Susan & Ray,
We had a really nice time at your beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us. We will see you again soon!

June 2010 - Dear Susan & Raymond,
It was again our pleasure to spend time with you at the Mission Inn. We continue to return because of the wonderful atmosphere of the Inn and the warmth and hospitality you and all those at the Inn convey to your guests. We continue to look forward to the next possible time we can visit. Thank you again for a wonderful and memorable opportunity to stay at the Mission Inn. With fond regards,

June 2010 - Dear Susan,
It was once again a pleasure to stay at your beautiful inn. The food was delicious as usual and you and your staff always make us feel at home. Sincerely.

June 2010 - Susan & Ray,
Thanks so much for a lovely June visit @ the Mission Inn. Great recommendation for dinner @ Island Grill (very nice). And, Susan, what a fun connection for me w/ Barbara on a possible bracelet-making (altho' I haven't heard back from her since we both returned home; I'd given her my email, so "we'll see what happens" on this). We hope you enjoyed your family visit time ~ Enjoy summer and ....... Stay cool! * You're both always so cool *

June 2010 - Dear Susan & Raymond,
LeAnne and I had a wonderful weekend and both fell in love with your town and your inn. It will definitely be on our list of things to do on an annual basis. Your hospitality was genuine and meant a lot to us. We have been scrambling since we got back - LeAnne with business travel to NYC and a very large proposal/project that I am involved in so we haven't been able to cath our breath yet. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend. I know it was a very special birthday for LeAnne.

June 2010 - Susan and Raymond,
Leaving Cape May and the wonderful memories of The Mission Inn, we spent a week with Vickie and Ralph in Lancaster County. We had a safe flight home and have been trying to re-adjust to life back in Oregon. It hasn't been easy! We have done nothing but tell friends, co-workers, and neighbors about how wonderful The Mission Inn is, how beautiful Cape May and Lancaster are, and how everyone should pay a visit to all three in their lifetime. We can't begin to thank you and your wonderful staff for making our visit so comfortable and delightful. We were truly treated as royalty and felt special. You are exceptional people to share so much of your lives to make everyone's visit a memorable experience. From the absolutely gorgeous comfortable rooms to the gourmet food it was the best time ever! Jim enjoyed every moment of hearing about the history of Cape May and talking with Raymond about the Civil War. We can't think of a single thing you could do to make anything any better. Though I will tell you you should just put the ironing board in a closet somewhere because hanging on the back of the door made me chuckle and think "Iron? I'm in heaven - no one cares if I have wrinkled clothes!" Many, many thanks and we will see you again to collect more treasured memories! Best regards,

June 2010 - Dear Susan and Raymond,
Thank you very much for another delightful stay at your beautiful Inn. We had a wonderful time AGAIN! We did enjoy meeting Pat and Jack. They are a lovely couple. We do hope to overlap a stay with them again some time. Shoe update for Susan -- not good! We struck out at Marshall's, but they really do have a great selection. I did get two different pairs of shoes this evening, but I am not too thrilled with either pair, and Larry was not too impressed either. I still have the Ambler shoe place to try tomorrow. On another note, I have to tell you that I just found out that Jeffrey and Lisa recommended your beautiful B & B to two friends of theirs and they stayed there on May 15 and 16. I do not remember their last name, but his name is Jamie and her name is Koren. I am probably spelling both names incorrectly. I have met them both on a few occasions, but do not know them really well. I do know that Jamie is outgoing and Koren is very quiet. They were celebrating their first anniversary. They both said that they had a great time and thought both of you were wonderful. (Of course!!!) And, of course, they loved your Bed & Breakfast. They mentioned all you did for them with finding a restaurant that was open, etc. My sister-in-law was telling me all this tonight. She just heard about it earlier tonight when she was visiting with Jeffrey and Lisa and Jamie and Koren were there! Obviously, this means that Jeffrey and Lisa are still singing your praises, just as we are! I'm sorry this message is so long, but I just had to share that story with you. Thank you both again for always making us feel so welcome and special. We loved every minute of our visit. We do hope to return near the end of the season. With Much Gratitude,

May 2010 - Hi Susan and Raymond,
Once again, it was wonderful to be back at home with our friends at the Inn. As always, we had a wonderful time, with your company being the best part of it. Also, we wanted to let you know that Ms. Joan, the newest member of your family, had a wonderful time too. She had a lot of fun, we took her to places she never went to before, and she is already looking forward to her next stay. We are be in touch soon to plan your next stay, and hopefully we will get to make a day trip or two to Cape May to see you as well! In the meantime, have a wonderful summer! Warmest regards and hugs,

May 2010 - Susan and Ray,
Nancy and I really enjoyed our stay. Your hospitality was top notch, and made us feel like we were part of a family and not just guests. We had already talked about planning a trip in the fall. As for the word hammock (HAM uh k) you're pronunciation was closer to being correct than how we said it. (However that does not mean we will say it any differently in the future). Sincerely,

May 2010 - Dear Susan and Raymond,
Thanks so much for your hospitality! You changed our minds on what a B&B can be. The food was wonderful and beautifully prepared, rooms were clean and comfortable (and just a block from the beach), and your enthusiastic attentiion to every detail made our stay at the Mission Inn the best B&B experience we have ever had. We look forward to seeing you again. You made us feel so special that we think you may have even arranged the great weather for us. Thank you again. Sincerely,

May 2010 - Susan & Ray,
Hi, I am so sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. Both Ray and you were so nice. You explain everything and made such good suggestions about things to see and do. I know it was a Christmas gift but it couldn’t have come at a better time. We were going through some issues with Tom job and really needed to relax.
We had a very relaxing time!!!! Everything was great. We really could not think of anything that we would suggest to change or improve!. The room was perfect, bed was very comfortable. The fireplace was so nice on Saturday night with the rain. I am always warm so the air conditioner option was good. Sometimes places are regulated so you can not change the temperature. When I commented to Ray about the daffodil and he ask if I would like some for our room. I was just taken back. That was so nice! The food was unbelievable!!!! The afternoon snacks. The variety! You had something for everyone. Vegetarian so on. You really didn’t need to even go out to eat dinner. Breakfast was also wonderful! We were really impressed. We were expecting maybe croissants, bagels etc. When our breakfast came out on Saturday Wow!!!! It was so nice to have an option :on the porch or in the dining room. We love to ride our bikes. When I suggested to Tom to bring ours and he said that you had them there to use. Another nice option! Again everything was wonderful. We are looking forward to coming again. You both made us feel so special and very safe. We like that you needed to have a code to get in. Plus that no children are permitted. We love children but when you go to have a nice get away sometimes someone else children can ruin your stay. (please don’t think that was harsh) It was just another nice factor to your Inn. There is no wonder why you have people that come back time and time again. This surprise is one I’ll never forget. We have told so many people about the Mission Inn.

May 2010 - Dear Susan Babineau-Roberts & Raymond Roberts (our fabulous inn-keepers),
We just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful stay at your Inn! Everything was perfect! We wouldn't have changed a thing! We will definately be back for our next "girlfriend's" getaway! We loved our room and how pristine everything was. Our snacks & breakfast were both delicious! We are soo spoiled now! It was a pleasure to meet you both, & we look forward to seeing you again on our next visit! Sincerely,

May 2010 - Dear Susan,
I just want to "Thank You" again for another wonderful couple of days at our favorite place to come and relax, away from the everyday stress of life! We don't even care about the weather cause we can set in your beautiful sun room and relax like we are at home or nap in our lovely bedroom. I also want you to know how special I felt that you would take the time and effort to support my diet, I really appreciated all that you did ( I didn't even gain any weight while I was there. :)Yes, we did have a cookoff this weekend, I got home at 4 and left the next day by 9! We actually did very well, we took Grand Champion with 1st in our pork and 1st with our beef brisket and our chicken actually was 13th out of 49 teams, so we were very happy!!!! We did forget to tell you our opinion about the mattress cover, both my sister and I did not really like it, sis said she did not sleep as well as she normally does and we both felt like we sunk down in too far which then made it difficult to even roll from our sides to our backs, I hope that is some help to you. Again thank you for another fabulous place to come and feel pampered and loved! Please tell Raymond we send our love to him too! Love from the Sisters.

May 2010 - Thanks so much for the hospitality Sue & Ray. Lindsay had a wonderful weekend which was most important to me. You made things very enjoyable! Hope to see you guys again sometime in the future

May 2010 - Dear Susan,
We were so sorry to have missed you - would have loved to meet you! Mom and I had a great time. It truly exceeded our expectations. I did submit my review to all 3 below - gave you a perfect score. ; ) I wish I had found you sooner! I found the Mission Inn on this website - http://capemay.com/capemaybedandbreakfasts.html. The photo doesn't do the mission justice - but once you click on it and see all the beautiful features it hooks you! We both said we would definitely come back and we will recommend you to others. It shows that you put a lot of thought and energy into making the Mission Inn a special place for people to visit. Thanks for all you do! Looking forward to meeting you someday…when we come back.

May 2010
We had a wonderful time at your place and all the amenities were what we expected and then some. Should we have occasion to visit Cape May and/or its environs at a future date we would stay nowhere else. Nice to have met you both.

May 2010
I have so many good things to say about the Mission Inn. The service and hospitality was exceptional - we felt welcome and at home right away. The amenities and extras exceed anything I have experienced in a hotel or B&B. The little touches really made a difference. The inn has so much character and atmosphere - all the rooms are artfully hand painted (like murals) - and it's like being transported somewhere else - somewhere wonderful! It was only a block from the beach and it was located within walking distance of shops and restaurants but not in the congested area - so it was relaxing. The outdoor eating area and patio were beautiful. There isn't anything bad I can say. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were delicious - homemade, beautiful presentation, and gourmet. I was there with my mom for a mother daughter weekend - but it would be a very romantic choice for couples. Can't wait to go back!

May 2010 - Susan & Ray,
What a wonderful weekend you guys showed us. I wrote a nice note to you in the book inside our room. You guys are amazing. You will be seeing us for years to come. The hand painting on the walls of your place was the start of a great weekend. Looking around in our bedroom and the rest of the inn we were stunned. What an amazing job! Between the flowers, the chocolates, your wonderful hospitality (you made us feel so at home), the food I couldn't tell you how spectacular you made this moment for us. The attention to detail touched our hearts and made our first anniversary more special than we ever imagined possible. Breakfast was outstanding and the afternoon snacks left me wanting so much more. They were delicious. I can't even find the words to describe how wonderful it was. Susan thank you for showing us Sean's. I will definately be revisiting there as well. God bless you both and I know we will see you again soon.

April 2010 - Susan,
Thank you for a wonderful weekend at your beautiful inn. This was such a wonderful surprise for my husband's "special" birthday. Joe and MaryKay are the best friends two people could ever have and in combination with your lovely inn and the nicest hosts anyone could ever have it was just perfect. We hope to return soon and definitely will tell all of our fiends about The Mission Inn. Thanks.

April 2010 - Dear Susan and Raymond,
Thank you very much for another wonderful stay at your beautiful Inn. As always we enjoyed every moment of our time in Cape May. We did make a stop at Cape May Winery and Teaberry Antiques, and the Woodland Shoppes. We are grateful to you for telling us about the shops. We enjoyed wandering through Teaberry's and the Woodland Shoppes. Thank you again for the delicious banana nut breads! We always hate leaving, but you know we will be back! Susan, we hope all goes well with your trip, and you enjoy your time with the children.

April 2010 - Dear Susan and Raymond,
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at your Inn. You made us feel welcome, comfortable and well taken care of. We were sad to leave. The food was delicious and I fell in love with the luxury spa showers. We will definitely return after the baby is born, and Rich promises not to break anything :) Thank you for everything!!!

April 2010
We had such a nice time at the Mission Inn and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The only problem was that our time there was too short. We loved our room – the mural is really stunning. It was so fun to go sleep and wake up under the clouds! We will definitely come back again as I would like to stay in all of the different rooms. The place in Massachusetts that Jack was speaking about is Shelburne Falls. As we mentioned, it is east of Williamstown off of the Mohawk Trail. It’s a cute little town with a falls that has limestone indentions. Interesting geology! Everything at the inn was perfect; your attention to detail is outstanding. We enjoyed our breakfast very much. It was so nice of you to get the Silk Soymilk for me. Thank you for everything. Hope your day with your mother and family was special.

April 2010 - Dear Susan & Ray,
We enjoyed our stay at The Mission Inn so very much. You exceeded our expectations! You have created a very welcoming and most comfortable home-away-from-home. We look forward to visiting you again! Thanks for everything.

February 2010 - Hi Susan & Ray,
Thank you for such a great weekend at the Mission Inn over Valentine's Day weekend. Despite the mountains of snow and icy conditions, our holiday at Mission Inn was perfect! The many upgrades you've made to the Inn since our 02 visit are impressive and made for a warm and romantic weekend. The breakfasts were simply delicious and your hospitality makes a visit to Mission Inn feel like a visit with dear friends. We're anxious to come back this summer and we are wondering when is the best time for us to book for an August weekend? Sincerely.

January 2010
Susan, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with my children! They had a wonderful, relaxing weekend! While they are used to camping and doing everything for themselves, they quickly fell in love with your hospitality and wonderful cuisine! It gave them exactly what they needed and thanks for the snow also! They said it was beautiful and peaceful to be down there with the snow. The getaway weekend was all that I wanted for them and more thanks to you and your husband! Their first experience with a bed & breakfast will be impossible to follow should they go to another one anytime in the future! Thank you again! With appreciation,

December 2009 - Susan and Ray,
First we would like to say thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your Inn. We had such a nice weekend and definitely felt pampered. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious and we couldn't think of a better place to be snowed in. We wanted to apologize because we meant to write something in the book that was in the room but we were rushing to get ready and pack on Sunday and completely forgot. We will definitely be making plans to return sometime next year. We hope you had a great Christmas and have a Happy New Year.

December 2009 - Hi Susan and Raymond,
I just want to to tell you again what a wonderful time Maria and I had at the Mission Inn. Your hospitality was great. You made us feel so much at home. The rooms and the food was exquisite! I will recommend the Mission Inn to everyone I know. I know Maria and I will visit again and look forward to that time. Have a blessed, healthily and Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year.

December 2009 - Hi Susan and Raymond,
We had a wonderful weekend and your hospitality was over and above what we were expecting. As you know, we first saw your Inn last year on the Candlelight Tour and were impressed since then. There are many Bed and Breakfast Inns in Cape May, and we chose your Inn, (despite the fact that the trolley did not stop at your Inn), that speaks volumes to me. Whenever we do return to Cape May, other than a day trip, you can guarantee that Mike and I will definitely contact you for accommodations.
When we arrived home, Mike realized that he forgot to hand in his key. I can mail the key to you, is the address below ok to send the key to? Thanks again for your hospitality, the warmness of your Inn made us feel at home.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year.

November 2009 - Susan,
As usual we had a wonderful time! Even though the weather could have been better, it was just so relaxing to get away. The breakfasts and afternoon "snacks" were fantastic and your restaurant recommendation for Chinese food was wonderful. We also are thoroughly enjoying the wine we purchased from Hawk Haven (again on your recommendation) and will definitely go back there on our next visit. I wish we could get their wine in this area - maybe at some future time.
Hope you and Ray had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and Ed and I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

October 2009 - Hello Susan and Raymond,
Can't think of a single one - improvement, that is. We have stayed in a lot of B&Bs and you are at the top. Your attention to detail and amenities provided are A-one. We do hope we will pass that way to stay at your inn again.
Happy Holidays to you, too.

October 2009 - Susan and Ray,
Thank you for a lovely stay and your wonderful hospitality. We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to come back in April. Funny story about today. We spent the day at the mall and headed back to our car (parked behind Rag Time) at 2:30 so I could drive Sue to the airport in Philadelphia. To our surprise (and mild panic) the entire town of Cape May was gathered in the parking lot, behind our car, lined up for their Halloween parade. No signage to warn us. Someone told us the parade would start around 3 and should clear out after that. Both the entrance and exit were completed blocked by bands, floats, parade goers, you name it.
Sue saw someone official looking and told him our dilemma, and he came back with two men from the fire department (complete with neon yellow vests) who said they would get us out. I was completely shocked that they did not tell us we were simply out of luck. Instead, they stood behind my car, cleared the crowd so I could back out, and then proceeded to walk in front of the car, the loooonnngg way, against the direction of the street, to lead us out. Sue and I were thanking people left and right out the windows. Someone told us to wave, since we were in the parade, so we did a pageant wave the entire way out (we were laughing so hard). It was like the red sea parting. If I did not have to pay such close attention to my driving, I would have pulled out my iPhone and had Sue video our exit.
You have a very friendly town with very accommodating people. Never would that have happened in Philly. Maybe the store owners vouched for how much we spent this weekend (yes, we managed to buy more today). Ray, you have no idea how close you came to getting a phone call asking for a ride to the airport!
Take Care!

October 2009 - Hi Ms. Susan,
Laurie and I had an incredibly relaxing escape. It was at the same time totally necessary and greatly appreciated. You and Ray are incredible people, and to say you are "great Innkeepers" is only an understated opening remark.
Your Inn is warm and beautiful, your food is "wow", and the caring attention you give to your guests is inspiring. We'll be back. Not sure when, but you can count on seeing us again.
For both of us, thank you so much!

October 2009 - Thanks for the hospitality, wonderful food, and incredible interior design. We had a great stay.
Best Regards,

October 2009 - Dear Susan & Ray,
We wanted to send you a note much sooner than this to let you know how very much we enjoyed our wonderful weekend at your inn. We have been busy with family celebrations - Sept. and early October are full of birthday and anniversary celebrations.
Our weekend at your Mission Inn was above and beyond any expectations we had for our anniversary celebration. We felt at home yet pampered. We enjoyed meeting you both as well as the other guests. Our room was comfortable and decorated beautifully. I took many pictures to share with our family. Breakfasts and afternoon hor d' oeuvres were more than delicious! And having Meredithe and Lou stop by for a visit just made it all that much more enjoyable. This was our first bed & breakfast experience and we certainly picked the right one! You are most gracious hosts and we sincerely hope to visit you again in the near future.
Best regards,
P.S. We are also posting a review on bed&breakfast.com.

October 2009 - Dear Susan & Ray,
I would like to thank you both again for the absolutely wonderful weekend we just spent at The Mission Inn. I cannot describe, in enough detail, the beauty of your Inn and how much we truly appreciate the work that went into the craftsmanship to recreate the Missions all the rooms are named after. Not only is the Inn beautiful, but you both are also beautiful, warm and compassionate people and we truly felt like we were "home" every time we walked through the door. We will NEVER stay anywhere but The Mission Inn when we are in Cape May. I am convinced there is not another Inn that can compare and no other Innkeepers that are more warm and friendly than the two of you. Thank you again for making our experience with you unforgettable. WE WILL BE BACK. Hopefully next time we can bring Mom & Dad.
Warmest Regards,

October 2009 - Susan and Raymond
Everything was perfect. Thank you for being so gracious and making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back! Will share our discovery with friends too. Again many thanks.

September 2009 - Susan,
Thanks so much for the wonderful stay we had, you really treat your guests like kings. We will be sure to come again! Attached is a pic from your beach I took with my phone. Hope you like it!
Love and thanks.

September 2009 - Dear Susan and Ray
Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality this past weekend. We so enjoyed our stay at your lovely inn. We will certainly look forward to a return visit and seeing you both again! And we'll also be happy to give The Mission Inn a great review! Wishing you all the best for the autumn and coming holidays.

September 2009 - Dear Susan
Thank you for a wonderful time at your beautiful Inn. Bob and I found everything to be terrific. I can't think of one way you could improve on your Inn and by the looks of how busy you all are you're doing something right. I must say Janet was absolutely terrific when I made my reservation at the Inn. She could not have been more helpful or friendly. Thank you for the egg whites this am, really kept me on track!! Hope to see you all in the near future.

September 2009 - Dear Susan & Ray,
Our stay at your lovely inn could not have been more perfect. The hospitalty, humor, food, decor were wonderful. I have been talking to others about it and hopefully some of them will stay with you. I will say hello to Tim, Charlie, Carol & Mark.

September 2009 - Susan and Ray,
Thanks so much for a wonderful stay at your inn! Cindi and I both thoroughly enjoyed our visit with you. You both were so hospitable, your breakfast - snacks were extremely yummy and your inn was a wonderful getaway and place to relax and enjoy Cape May! We hope to see you again next year as we make our annual visit to the Jersey shore. Good luck and continued success with the inn and thanks again!

September 2009 - Hi Susan and Ray,
We had a fabulous time. You are both lovely, gracious and fantatistic people, always welcoming and caring. We look forward to coming back next year and hope that you have a good fall, winter and spring.

September 2009 - Susan and Ray,
We had a wonderful time. The Inn is awesome and both of you are so perfectly suited to running an inn. You made it our home away from home. Even the weather provided us with some opportunity to experience some new destinations, like the winery and some antique shops. We also had time to see a girl's movie and also get some much needed beach time. What a great get-a-way. I have already given your brochure to two other people! I also just purchased the necessary supplies to hopefully duplicate your cookies! Thank you both for making our stay so entirely enjoyable. Hopefully my husband and I will see you in the fall.
My best to both of you.

August 2009 - Dear Susan & Ray,
Thank you so much for a wonderful experience at the Mission Inn. Our room was very comfortable (San Juan Capistrano), and we enjoyed every moment of our delicious breakfast on the veranda. It was very nice that you have beach chairs, umbrellas, & towels for us to borrow. Joe and I truly enjoyed exploring Cape May on your bicycles. The many amenities included in our stay were wonderful! Joe and I can't wait to return. We are looking at possibly coming 9/11-9/13. I think this time we would like to try a room with a soaking tub. We will be celebrating my birthday, and trying very hard to keep our marriage fresh. Please let me know if you have any availability for 9/11-9/13. I hope that e-mail correspondence is adequate; as I work night shift and I spend my days sleeping or playing with my children.
Thank you so much! The Mission Inn is fabulous and you two are awesome!

August 2009 - Dear Ray & Susan,
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn. Your gracious hospitality and thoughtfulness was appreciated. Our room was comfortable and your breakfasts were unusual and delicious as was your afternoon tea. We think you covered all the amenities that one would need for a wonderful vacation. The relaxing atmosphere of the Inn was easy to adjust to. We love Cape May and all its beauty. We hope to return next year!
Warmest regards

August 2009 - Dear Susan,
I would not change a thing at the Inn. As always it was perfect. We had a lovley time and hope to be back again next year.
Warmest regards

August 2009 - Dear Susan,
What a lovely visit. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Your place is just so relaxing and very nice.
THANKS!

August 2009 - Susan & Ray:
Joe and I very much enjoyed ourselves at your Inn. As I mentioned, we travel to many B & Bs on our motorcycles. He and I are in agreement that your hospitality and attention to every detail, not to mention Leslie's wonderful breakfasts, have made your Inn one of our two favorite places to stay. It is definitely where we will come to when we visit Cape May.
Thanks very much for making Joe's first visit to Cape May such an enjoyable one!

August 2009 - Hi Susan and Ray,
Thanks you so much for how you run your Inn. We love everything you do, My chocolate milk, the wonderful tea food, and being cooked for and served by Janet, an official NFL mom was so impressive. We will be back soon. Your is still our favorite Band B.
Thanks again,

August 2009 - We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Mission Inn, and we would suggest your B&B to anyone who wants to visit Cape May. We have stayed in many places and rented in Cape May over the years, and the Mission Inn was by far the most enjoyable of the B&B's we have visited. The decor, food, ambiance, and your generosity as hosts were beyond compare. We look forward to another visit when the mood for a Cape May visits us again.

July 2009 - Dear Susan and Ray,
As usual, we had a wonderful, relaxing time. We love Cape May! YOU make it special!!!!! The Mission Inn is a wonderful retreat with everything you could ever want. Thank you for the sparkling wine and making our 32nd wedding anniversary celebration a very happy one. Thank you for making our dinner reservations and for calling Kara at work and helping to arrange her surprise. Please thank Leslie for her salad dressing recipe. We love the new black bag. I bought a beautiful necklace at the Italian Garden and the owner gave me a 10% discount because I had the green flyer from the Mission Inn even thought that was only on other products. We can not wait to return.

July 2009 - Dear Susan and Ray,
We had such a wonderful time there at your gorgeous inn. Your decorating attention to detail is unsurpassed! The food was amazing too, and so were the personalities of you and your staff. The outdoor dining was a especially nice for us, as we enjoy doing that at home. We are definitely looking forward to seeing you again, maybe next time we can see all the rooms. :)

July 2009 - Dear Susan and Ray,
We had a lovely visit and greatly enjoyed your hospitality and beautiful inn. We especially enjoyed eating our delicious breakfast while seated on your lovely porch.
P.S. Thanks for lending us the bikes...we had a great ride.
